Top Gear filming to be broadcast on Sunday

Top Gear has confirmed to MK WEB that filming that took place yesterday in Milton Keynes will be broadcast this Sunday - as part of a feature on British cars.

MK WEB first broke the story last week that the popular motoring show would be coming to the city, although presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond and The Stig were not present on the day.

But that didn’t stop die-hard fans making their way to the city centre to catch a glimpse of Formula One cars from Red Bull and Lotus, which raced around the city streets.

And while our snapper Andy Handley was there to capture the action, MK WEB reader Carl Mason sent in some great pictures of the event as well which can be viewed above.

We’ve also created a Storify highlighting the top tweets, videos and pictures from our readers. Why not have a look below and see if yours were included?
